Back a few years ago when I started sourcing coffee, one of my favorites was coffee that was from the Sipi Falls area of Uganda. I wasn't able to get the taste profile that I was looking for until now.
This medium roast coffee is fruity with notes of lemon and apple rounded out with a hint of caramel.
