This bean is sourced from the family owned farms that work with the Chercher Oda Bultum Farmer's Cooperative in Oda Bultom, Oromia Region (formerly Harrar), Ethiopia.
Ethiopian Harrar coffee is a natural dry processed Arabica coffee.
More than 19000 coffee producers deliver their ripe cherries to a central washing station where the coffee cherry is meticulously sorted and immediately placed on raised beds to dry over a period of 15 to 20 days without removing the fruit. These beds ensure proper air circulation and temperature control for optimal drying. The flavor of the coffee’s fruit is transferred to the green coffee beans as it dries.
